Ceist:

1391. Deputy Tom Fleming asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport further to Parliamentary Question No. 91 of 7 April 2011, if he will support the development of the Irish cultural-GAA museum in Fitzgerald stadium, Killarney, County Kerry; if he acknowledges the potential this multi-million euro project has for tourism in the county; if he will ask Fáilte Ireland to support and provide funding for this project at an early date in 2013, as per reply from Fáilte Ireland dated 23 November 2012; if he acknowledges the potential of this project to be one of Ireland's greatest tourist attractions; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As indicated to the Deputy in response to his earlier questions on this topic, the matter concerned is an operational matter for Fáilte Ireland.  I am advised that the Deputy has also contacted Fáilte Ireland directly in recent days on this matter, and I expect that he will receive an update from Fáilte Ireland on the matter shortly.
