343. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Finance the number of submissions, and names of individual groups who made submissions to the Central Bank during its consultation on the Code of Conduct on Mortgage Arrears, the deadline of which was 10 April 2013. [17466/13]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Central Bank has advised me that they have now concluded a four week public consultation on the review of the Code of Conduct on Mortgage Arrears (CCMA). Approximately 230 submissions from consumers, industry, representative bodies and other stakeholders have been received. The Central Bank will now begin a process to review and analyse all submissions and it is anticipated that the revised CCMA will be published, together with all submissions received by 31 May 2013.
