864. Deputy Michael McGrath asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if he will address a specific issue raised in correspondence by a public servant (details supplied) regarding the draft Public Service Agreement 2013-2016; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16891/13]
Amharc ar fhreagraI can inform the Deputy that issues relating to an individual employee’s terms and conditions of employment are a matter for negotiation through their staff representative association and it would not be appropriate for me to comment on individual cases. In addition, as the Deputy is aware, the Labour Relation Commission proposal is currently subject to consideration by the staff associations. It would not be appropriate for me to comment at this stage of the process.
