Donnelly asked the Minister for Finance if he will provide a breakdown of the ELG payments that comprise the €933m provided under the Credit Institutions (Financial Support) Act 2008, as detailed in the March Exchequer; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Following the liquidation of IBRC on 7 February 2013, all eligible liabilities covered by the ELG Scheme are entitled to apply for repayment under the Scheme. IBRC had two bonds which were guaranteed under the Scheme and which had ELG certificates. Both were senior unsecured bonds. During March 2013, the two ELG Scheme guaranteed bonds were repaid in full to the Bond Trustee, for distribution to bondholders. This amounted to a total of €933.775 million.
