Deputy Sandra McLellan asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs further to Parliamentary Question No. 639 of 19 February 2013, if eight years is an acceptable time for people to have to wait to have their records released or five years if you are over 65; if he will investigate the matter and redeploy more staff to deal with this issue; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
