Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the current position regarding a 2011 single farm payment claim in respect of a person (details supplied); if his Department has received correspondence from the forestry company involved outlining the nature of the mistake made on the 2011 single farm payment application; if his Department accepts the explanation offered for the error in the application which identified lands which had a technical approval as forestry land for 2011 and these lands were in fact only planted in the Spring of 2011 and included in the 2012 single payment as forestry land; if he will make arrangements top pay outstanding moneys on the 2011 claim; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
