Deputy Emmet Stagg asked the Minister for Education and Skills the reason his Department has failed to pay a teacher (details supplied) in County Kildare at the appropriate point on the scale for post primary qualified teachers with post graduate qualification working at primary level which is the third point on the scale; and the reason the person has not been paid an allowance for their honours level teaching diploma.
