483. Deputy Pat Breen asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Question No. 538 of 23 April 2013, when single farm payment and area aid will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Clare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20267/13]

As indicated in reply to a previous Parliamentary Question from the Deputy on 23 April 2013 my Department is awaiting receipt of a Grant of Probate in this case. Once this outstanding document is provided my Department will be in a position to finalise the application.
