236. Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Social Protection if she will provide a break down of the number of returning Irish emigrants who have applied for a social welfare payment during each of the past three years broken down by each social welfare office; and the number of returning Irish emigrants who applied for but were refused a social welfare payment on the basis of not fulfilling the habitual residency condition during each of the past three years broken down by each social welfare office.
