573. Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the position regarding outstanding forestry grants in respect of a person (detailssupplied) in County Cork; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23875/13]
Amharc ar fhreagraA claim form for the second instalment of the establishment grant (Form 3) issued to the applicant in April 2009 but the Forest Service has no record of receiving the completed form. A reminder letter issued to the applicant in April 2012. A replacement Form 3 has now been forwarded to the applicant by the Forest Service. In 2010, the sixth annual premium was paid to the applicant and it is Forest Service policy not to pay further annual premiums beyond the sixth until the second instalment of the establishment grant has been paid.
