Deputy Patrick Nulty asked the Minister for Health the reason funding for respite care in respect of families with intellectual disability services has been reduced in Dublin; and the reason respite care was suspended in the Daughters of Charity service in St. Vincent's on the Navan Road, Dublin 7.
