Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Health if he will provide an update on the investigation undertaken by his Department into a matter raised on 19 December 2012 regarding the provision of ambulance service in County Donegal; the specific measures and actions taken by his Department as a result of this investigation; if he will give assurances that all appropriate action has been taken to prevent such an incident from reoccurring in future; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
