Deputy Michael Moynihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the implications of the judgment made in the High Court by Mr. Justice Hanna in 2009 (details supplied); the actions he proposes taking on foot of this judgment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. It is anticipated that the draft Order will be perfected on the 21 June 2013, there are 21 days to appeal to the Supreme Court. It would not be appropriate for me to comment further on this judgement at this time.
