121. Deputy Brian Stanley asked the Minister for Health the timeframe for the introduction of full charges to private health insurers for the use of public hospital beds; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [30410/13]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Health (Amendment) Bill 2013 was published on 14 June. The Bill was read a second time in the Seanad on 20 June. It is envisaged that the Bill will be enacted before the end of the Summer session and that the charges would take effect shortly thereafter.
