139. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection if she will review entitlement to deserted wife's benefit in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [34158/13]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe position remains the same as detailed in my previous responses to the Deputy’s Parliamentary Questions No. 52068/12 on 22nd November, 2012, 54962/12 on 6th December 2012, 4326/13 on 29th January 2013 and 10153/13 on 26th February 2013 regarding this matter. The customer was asked to submit documentation to support her continued entitlement. As of today no further documentation has been received from her. As previously advised unless the requested documentation is submitted my Department is not in a position to consider this matter any further.
