Deputy Maureen O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the circumstances in which a young undercover garda was disciplined and returned to uniformed duties in spite of the fact their work had led to the discovery of a significant drugs haul; if he acknowledges this action has undermined morale among drugs squad and community gardaí in the city and if he is committed to the work of the drugs squad.
