Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Education and Skills further to Parliamentary Question No. 302 of 11 June 2013, if he will outline the additional costs that would have been incurred in 2012/13 by each of the institutes of technology, including DIT, if they had not the ability under the Labour Relations Commission document to flex upwards by two lecturing hours above the current norms in each of the lecturing weeks of the year; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
