Deputy Mary Lou McDonald asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht the staffing levels of the private offices and constituency offices of Ministers and Ministers of State in his Department; the salary of each; the same figures for this time in 2011; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The details requested by the Deputy in respect of the annualised salary costs of my own private and constituency offices, and those of Minister of State Dinny McGinley, T.D., are set out in the tables below. The staffing levels referred to are consistent with the Guidelines on Staffing of Ministerial Offices, as approved by the Government.
