482. Deputy Robert Troy asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will confirm if he will be in a position to allocate additional funding for the grants for housing aid to councils who have the appropriate matching funds in place; and the timeframe for same. I have been keeping the funding of the suite of Grants for Older People and People with a Disability under active review, and expect to contact all local authorities in regard to their allocation by the end of this month.
