Ceist:496. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the number of drivers detected for speeding on the N3 in County Dublin and County Meath in the years 2011, 2012 and to date in 2013; the number of drivers who have paid such fines to date; the number of drivers who have yet to pay a fine; and the number of who were subject to legal action for non-payment of a fine for speeding in these areas.
