Deputy John Halligan asked the Minister for Health the number of mental health service employees that were employed in County Waterford during the years 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and to date in 2013; the number of posts that were filled during that time; the number of vacant posts that remain unfilled; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
