454. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform his views on correspondence (details supplied) regarding the failure of the Office of Public Works and the Chief State Solicitor's office to sign a lease. [37944/13]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Commissioners of Public Works are progressing this transaction. The fact that the lease has not been executed is not a failure on the part of the State. The matter has been delayed because certain terms and conditions within the lease have not been acceptable to the State. It is hoped that the lease can be concluded in the coming weeks.
