49. Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht his plans to publish legislation relating to the future governance of the National Library and the National Museum; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [38477/13]

The draft Heads of Bill in relation to the matters referred to by the Deputy are currently the subject of consultation with other Departments and I hope to be in a position to bring them to Government shortly.
