Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection further to Parliamentary Question No. 138 of 11 July 2013 in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare if her attention has been drawn to the fact that the applicant in this case is, in addition to other ailments, hearing impaired and cannot engage in the type of sedentary work suggested including security work and phone work; if she will review entitlement to illness benefit notwithstanding their pending appeal; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
