109. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection when rent allowance will be re-approved in respect of new accommodation in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [39022/13]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Department has not been informed of any change of circumstance or address for the person concerned who is in receipt of a rent allowance. The person should submit a new application before a decision on entitlement at a new address can be assessed. An application pack has issued to the new address from the Department.
