583. Deputy Catherine Byrne asked the Minister for Health his plans to reinstate speech and language therapy for a child (details supplied) in Dublin 12 as their current teacher is leaving; if he will ensure that there is no break in service provision; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The particular issue raised by the Deputy is a service matter for the Health Service Executive. Accordingly I have arranged for the question to be referred to the Health Service Executive for direct reply to the Deputy.
