Deputy David Stanton asked the Minister for Health with regard to the hospitals under the aegis of the Health Service Executive, which have combined heat and power plants installed and operational; if his Department and the HSE have calculated the potential annual savings in electricity and heating in each HSE hospital if CHP plants were installed; and if he will outline his policy in relation to same.
