238. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection further to Parliamentary Question No. 147 of 26 September 2013, the documentation outstanding in respect of an application for jobseeker's allowance in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Dublin; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The person concerned was requested to submit documentation in relation to his means during his period of absence from the state, which according to the information available to this Department was from the 14 July 2013 until the 15 August 2013.
