Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Health in view of the statement by the national clinical programme director of the Health Service Executive, if the next round of clinical programmes will include evidence-based approaches such as dialectical behaviour therapy for patients with borderline personality disorder, if this will be implemented and all the necessary disciplines will be in place in local communities to provide this therapy; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
