874. Deputy Pat Breen asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the position regarding a single farm payment application in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Clare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [45952/13]
Amharc ar fhreagraAn application under the 2013 Single Farm Payment Scheme was received from the named person in my Department on the 13th of May 2013. Under the Terms and Conditions of the Single Farm Payment Scheme applicants under the Scheme must possess entitlements before payment can issue. My Department has no record of entitlements under the herd number of the person named.
