134. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection if and when child benefit will be awarded in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Carlow; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [47582/13]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe child benefit claim of the person concerned was disallowed in July 2013 as she does not satisfy the Habitual Residence Condition. She has been informed of this decision and her right to appeal the decision to the independent Social Welfare Appeals Office. To date no appeal has been received in the Department.
