379. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the reason a person (details supplied) in County Kerry has not received their area based payments or their single farm payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [48271/13]

An application under 2013 Single Payment Scheme was received from the person named on 9 May 2013. Processing of the application will be completed shortly and payments will then issue directly to the nominated bank account of the person named.
