Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the fact that some people are losing out on their medical cards because they are under the care of the Money Advice and Budgeting Service for assistance with mortgage arrears and appear to have false positive income bringing them over the limit of a medical card; and the action he will take regarding same.
