Amharc ar fhreagraSection 29 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939 was amended by the Criminal Justice (Search Warrants) Act 2012, in response to the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Damache v DPP to the effect that section 29(1), as was, was unconstitutional.
