Amharc ar fhreagraThe regulation of the small public service vehicle (SPSV) industry, including the operation of the area knowledge test and SPSV Skills Development Programme, is a matter for the National Transport Authority (NTA) under the provisions of the Public Transport Regulation Act, 2009.
I have referred the Question to the NTA for direct reply. The Deputy should advise my private office if does not receive a response within 10 working days.
