521. Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a single farm payment will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [50171/13]
Amharc ar fhreagraWhile an application under the 2013 Single Payment Scheme was received from the person named on 13 May 2013, no payment is due as the value due is less than €100. The 2013 Single Payment Scheme Terms and Conditions state that "Under the provisions of Article 28 (1) of Council Regulation (EC) No 73/2009, it has been decided that no payment will be made under the Single Payment Scheme where the amount claimed is less than €100.”
