319. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the position regarding payments for 2012 in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [51316/13]

In order to be eligible for payment under the Single Payment Scheme applicants must hold entitlements and are required to submit an annual application. No application was received in respect of the person named in 2012.
