Deputy Regina Doherty asked the Minister for Health when a person (details supplied) in County Meath will receive assurances on when an established care plan will be put in place and, in addition, provide assurances that there will be an agreement that care hours may be allocated over the term of study, and not month by month, as had previously been the case; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
