Agreement has been reached for the sale by private treaty of the property in question to a local community group in Drogheda. As the contract for sale has not yet been signed the Deputy will appreciate that it would not at this stage be appropriate to confirm who the purchaser is. It is expected that the contract will be signed in early 2014.
