486. Deputy Joe Higgins asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if a company (details supplied) in County Galway is operating with a current proper licence for fish farming in Cill Chiaráin harbour, Connemara, County Galway; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [53948/13]

My Department’s records indicate that the aquaculture operations in Cill Chiaráin Bay being conducted by the company identified by the Deputy are in accordance with the aquaculture consents held by the company.
