264. Deputy Finian McGrath asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if his Department has received a Garda vetting application in respect of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 9; when the person can expect a response; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [55019/13]
Amharc ar fhreagraI am informed by the Garda authorities that a vetting application was received by the Garda Central Vetting Unit on behalf of the person to whom the Deputy refers. On 3 September 2013 the application was returned to the registered organisation as it was incomplete. Once a completed application is received by the Vetting Unit it will be processed accordingly.
