Deputy Mary Lou McDonald asked the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation if Ireland has signed up to the trade-related aspects of Intellectual Property Rights Agreement, the Paris Convention and the Patent Co-operation Treaty; and if so the dates on which these agreements were entered into.
