Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the reason the Irish Aviation Authority and the Commission for Aviation Regulation declined to participate in the stakeholder consultation prepared for the European Commission on the operation of the EU Regulation No. 785/2004 on insurance. Amharc ar fhreagraIt is a matter for the Irish Aviation Authority and the Commission for Aviation Regulation as to why they chose not to make a submission as part of the EU Commission consultation on the aviation insurance regulation no. 785/2004.
