Deputy Lucinda Creighton asked the Minister for Finance further to Parliamentary Question No. 120 of 15 January 2014, the total square foot of the land and development to which the €3.5 billion was lent against; the geographical spread of this land and development; the date of acquisition; if any income has been achieved by the National Assets Management Agency from this land either through development of the land itself, disposal of the asset or debt repayments; the total number of borrowers which comprise the €3.5 billion of loans that were acquired for a nominal consideration; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
