201. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Finance the reason a person (details supplied) in County Kerry did not receive the maturity options forms for saving certificates; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3863/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) have advised that An Post have carried out an enquiry into the issue raised. An Post have informed the NTMA that the relevant maturity option forms were despatched to the registered address of the person but they were returned as undelivered because the postman could not effect a delivery to the specified address as there is no letter box on the premises to enable a delivery to be made. An Post will attempt to contact the person to seek to make alternative arrangements for the delivery of the Maturity Option forms.
