Deputy Timmy Dooley asked the Minister for Health the reason a person (details supplied) in County Clare who was put on a waiting list for an urgent MRI at Limerick Regional Hospital on 21 October 2013 was deleted from the list but subsequently reinstated on 24 October with no urgent status recorded at that time; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
