132. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Taoiseach the proportion of GDP which is attributable to cross-Border trade for the most recent five years for which data is available. [4900/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe answer to question 4900/14 is set out in the table. Goods exports and imports statistics provide data on the physical movement of goods between countries, which is a different concept than the residence principle used in Balance of Payments and National Accounts. Northern Ireland is not separately identified from the rest of the United Kingdom in Services statistics, hence it is not possible to include data for Services in the table below.
