Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Health the amount of money that has been paid to health consultants known as Health Partnership by the Health Service Executive and-or hospital groupings in each of 2011, 2012, 2013 and to date in 2014; the purpose for which these payments were made; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
