307. Deputy Finian McGrath asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the reason gardaí have not investigated the assault complaint made by a person (details supplied) to Store Street gardaí in Dublin on 10 August 2013 and confirmed in writing by the person on 29 August 2013 following that allegation.
