364. Deputy Pat Breen asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Question No. 695 of 15 January 2014, the reason single farm payment has not issued to a person (details supplied) in County Clare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10950/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraAn official of my Department has been in direct contact with the person named; it has been established that the person named possessed additional stock (horses) in 2011, which, when taken with the other stock on the holding at the time, would be sufficient to satisfy the minimum stocking density requirements, subject to the appropriate horse passports being submitted to my Department. Immediately these are received, the necessary processing will be finalised, with a view to payment issuing shortly thereafter.
